This year’s festival, the follow up to 2017’s SolaNoir Mural & Eclipse Event, was the perfect continuation of growing the Crossroads Arts District into the mural-covered neighborhood we’re striving for! We are dedicated to promoting creative expression and exploration on a large, public scale for all to enjoy and draw inspiration from. In 2018, we had the help of 27 Muralists (15 Visiting & 12 Local), 17 in-kind contributors, 10 financial sponsors, 5 super-stellar volunteers, 1 badass gallery exhibition, and even a fabulously hand-painted Art Car! And with the exception of a small few, all of our partnerships were local to our neighborhood!!

We want to give a giant THANK YOU!! to everyone who participated, supported, and came out to delight in the festivities! We are truly, and authentically, a whole-community effort that would fall flat on its face without you all! We are beyond grateful to be able to give back to our Crossroads home and community via these gorgeous new murals; along with the heightened connectivity, creativity, and culture that comes from it.
